The introductory weekend is an opportunity to experience the Pathwork process in depth. There is an overview of the Pathwork’s teachings, and the ways in which we work with these teachings on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. The weekend also includes a brief presentation on the history of the Pathwork, a movement class (core energetics), a Pathwork process group, and an opportunity to meditate using the Pathwork’s principles. It’s also an opportunity to meet members of the Pathwork community here in New York.
